Myspace help i have this video thing on my pro and it will not go away?

ok so one day i stumble apon something and it showed the thing that showed my favorite videos on my myspace but it covered up thepart that says "____ is in you extended network" I got the profile with writing and a picture were that isbut that thing is in the way and i don't know how to get rid of it. has something to do witha thing on myspace i didn't get it from some site can youhelp?

Okay, I made my profile (background, cursor etc) on myspace a few months ago. I have a fairy background and put a fairy cursor.

No one else knows my password etc so no one could have changed it.

The weird thing is now, my cursor isnt a fairy anymore its a stupid flashing chiwowa dog thing and its annoying and ugly! I went into where you put the codes in and couldnt find the code for the cursor so put a new code in for a new cursor, and guess what....its still a dog!!!

Why wont it change? Any tips?

Has anyone else had a similar thing happen?

well id khow it may have changed....but go under ur profile and delete the codes..and myspac eis easy to hack..idk how to but mine has been hacked...and when u have dark backrounds and cursors...when someone goes on ur page their computer will freeze or slow down...jtluk (just to let u know)

Why does myspace lower the bitrate of my mp3's?

I have a myspace band profile and when i record my music comes out with a 320 kb/s bitrate

I have to lower it to 224 kb/s to be under 6mb to fit on myspace

Why does it sound like 64 kb/s quality

Hey. I know exactly what you mean. It has something to do with the native bitrates. I don't know the exact settings myself, which is why my quality is also degraded, but when you convert your song into an mp3 file, you have to use a certain native bit rate to make it sound good on the myspace player (higher is not necessarily better). Im playing around with it, I'll let you know if I find out.

i dont think there is but i might be wrong. there are hundreds of fake 'myspace trackers' out there. one of them i thought was real so i clicked it but it ended up being a money-making network that got added to my networks 'list' so i dont trust them anymore. id live to see the day Tom finally makes one. 8)

Well I wouldn't tell them, I'd just explain to them that you can set it to private and you know everyone who looks at it, blah blah blah... And then ask if it's alright to make one. Just be patient about it, and if they say no, DELETE IT. It's not worth getting in trouble over.

Nope. They are dangerous. If your parents are wise, they will delete it in a NY minute. Apparently, they need to set up something like NetNanny on their computers.

Maybe You should show them what a myspace page looks like and that you can set it to private and tell them that they can check up on you on myspace if they aren't comfortable with it. I let my 7 and 9 year old have a myspace page so that they can talk to family out of town, but we have rules, They are only allowed n it when I am around. Ask your parents and let them set the boundaries!

Frankly, I think myspace (and Yahoo 360 for that matter) are a major waste of time if you aren't trying to accomplish something.

Try finding out EXACTLY why your parents don't want you to have a myspace account (assuming that it's not just your conception).

many parents don't feel that their kids are safe with a myspace because the only thing they know about it is all the stories they hear about young girls getting raped after meeting some dude from myspace. explain to them that myspace is a place to talk to friends etc. show them your myspace page so that they can see for themselves that it's fine. worked for me!
