I know that downloading music on myspace is legal if the artist allows it to be downloaded, but what if it's a fan page or something and it allows some music to be downloaded? Is it still legal? and is Myspace a legal place to download music at all?

it depends of if the fan page has permission from the artist. chances are though, if the artist won't allow you to download a song, they didn't give permission to someone else. stick with iTunes..
