Someone has been sending me creepy messages on myspace i looked at the profile but it doesnt give any information about this person is there a free isp tracker or myspace tracker that can give me something about this person?

No there is not.
What you simply do in that situation is you BLOCK the user. That way they cannot message you. When they try to, they'll get this display: "You must be so%26amp;so's friend to send so%26amp;so a message."
