Yepp.
Just copy the embed code (somewhere on the side), go to the Edit Profile section, and paste the code wherever you want the video to appear.

copy the code that is labeled embed or something along those lines from the video on the youtube page and paste them in your myspace profile

There should be a code to the right of the video. Right click on it and copy it by right clicking and choosing the option to do so... then past the code on your "about me list" anywhere will do... and your video should be there... the "past" option is also right clicking. be sure to copy the entire code on youtube or else it wont come out on your page.
